The show, that airs on E!, features celebs such as Demi Lovato and Elisabeth Hasselbeck talking about their secrets in love and life.
Rather than stage a formal interview, the E! News host sits down on celebs couches to talk candidly and honestly, even really getting comfy and snuggling up with blankets.
The real and raw conversations captured by cameras divulge some of the most personal issues the stars face.
Lovato opened up about her problems with drug abuse, relationship with ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas, and her stint in rehab.
“I don’t think anybody can save your life except for yourself,” she said, admitting that was a major “aha moment” in her life.
In addition to Lovato and Hasselbeck, Giuliana also chats with child star Melissa Joan Hart.
