Big Brother 15 Winner + Contestants Learn About Losing their Jobs!

By a Jury vote of 7 to 2, former part time professor, Andy Herren, beat Gina Marie Zimmerman , walked away with the half a million dollars and was crowned the winner of Big Brother season 15.

The finale left much to be desired since viewers were already dissapointed with the remaining finalists.

Host, Julie Chen did not reveal much outside news to the contestants due to the fact that there wasn’t enough time.

If only they would make the live shows more than an hour!

Following finale night, some of the contestants learnt about their firings.

Aaryn Gries who was notorious for making racial slurs got blindsided during an interview with Insider magazine as she learned she was dropped from her agency.

As for the runner up Gina Marie, she ran into Nick’s arms after losing to Andy Herren.

They are planning their first date as soon as things settle down.

Gina Marie was also fired by her employer (East Coat USA Pageant) for the racial slurs made during big brother 15.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Gina Marie calls being fired by the pageant company, a stab in the heart.”

Andy is the first, openly gay contestant, to win the show and has been receiving an enormous amount of support from the LGBT community on twitter.

He plans to spend the half a million dollars wisely.

He also apologized for his insensitive comments made against his fellow house mate, Elissa,  and also hopes to continue to work for his former employer College of Dupage.

College of Dupage disassociated themselves from Andy’s comments in a public statement made on Facebook which you can read HERE.

Spencer’s family and his girlfriend Marilyn were there to support him on finale night.

Spencer Clawson, apologized for the child porn jokes he made earlier during the season and is currently fighting with the Union to keep his job.

On September 18th, Union pacific issued a statement that they’re undergoing a formal investigation to determine whether Spencer should keep his job or not.

The only positive outcome from the show was Elissa Slater winning $25000 for being America’s favorite Player.

Elissa will be putting the money towards the opening of a wellness center.

In other big brother news, former Big Brother 12 contestant, Britney Haynes, revealed some disheartening news right before the finale.

Her 2 month old daughter, Tilly, has been diagnosed with cancer.
