House arrived on the tenth season of the hit reality weight loss show at 6 ft. 2 inches tall and 400 lbs. At his final weigh-in on Tuesday, Patrick had lose more than 45% of his total body weight.

The huge loss in pounds ensured him a giant win of the game. While he may go home a much lighter man, the $250,000 grand prize is sure to add some weight to his wallet at a time when he really needed it.

House began the show as an unemployed father of two children. Not only will he leave the show with money to help his family out, he has already secured employment. He will begin working at an academy that helps obese kids with weight loss problems.

Trainer Bob Harper was not surprised at all. He shared with pride that he knew all along Patrick would win.
