In the aftermath of stating the effects of fame on his family, Billy Ray Cyrus has decided to put his loved ones first and work on fixing his family situation.
In a previous interview with People Magazine that has made national news, Billy Ray blamed fame for the destruction of his marriage and family while also expressing concern for the path his 18 year old daughter Miley was taking. He now states he is looking inward.
In another statement to the magazine Cyrus admitted that his earlier comments were unintentionally explosive. He admits the importance of his family in his life and stresses that they will be working together on a stronger and healthier future.
After having spent much time back on his Tennessee farm, Cyrus is now spending time with his wife Tish in Los Angeles. He expressed his thanks to everyone for the support the family has received and for the privacy that they wish to have to resolve their family issues.
