Brazil by OPI Liquid Sand Mini PackSamba beats, the Amazon, and Brazil’s famous beaches are the inspiration behind OPI’s Spring/Summer 2014 nail polish collection.

Brazil by OPI features 12 new nail lacquers in addition to 4 limited edition Liquid Sand shades.

Hues range from neutrals— popular at spring fashion shows— to more vivid colors expected of a sunny season.

Taupes, vivid yellows, corals, reds, pinks, intense blues, metallic pewter, and bright purple nail polishes all comprise the collection.

Most of the colors (other than the Liquid Sand shades) appear to have a crème finish, judging from the bottle shots.

Two of the Liquid Sand shades have a matte finish and the company advises that, “Liquid Sand nail lacquers should always be worn without top coat.”

GelColor is available as a professional service, in salons only. OPI says prices for a GelColor manicure range from $28-$38 while a pedicure costs between $35-$45, depending upon the salon.
