Brett Favre’s sister, Brandi Favre, was arrested in Mississippi for allegedly manufacturing crystal meth.
The 34 year old was taken into custody following a sting by undercover police officers. During a purchase of meth nearby, the officers were led to the condo occupied by Brandi Favre and two other suspects.
According to a police sergeant, officers who arrived at the home of Brandi Favre discovered an overwhelming odor, smoke, fumes and meth cooking in the bathtub. All three suspects in the condo were arrested.
Favre has been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and generation of hazardous waste, both felonies. The sister of the famous quarterback has a prior criminal record for activities including shoplifting and unlawful use of a weapon. However, she went through a Louisiana program that cleared her criminal charges.
