Below, you’ll find a list of major gaming companies and retailers, along with tech support information and links to their help desk.
Most of these companies will have live help available on Christmas Day.
Please note, if you purchased your Xbox/PS4/Nintendo video game systems or games from another retailer (like Game Stop or Toys ‘R’ Us) you may need to speak with them first depending on the issue.
Xbox: the Xbox site offers help for Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox for Windows, games, billing and more. Click on this link to go directly to their site.
Sony/PlayStation: You can go to their official site to get tech support, or call them at 800-345-7669.
EA Games: You can go to their support page for 24/7 help
GameStop: You can go to GameStop’s support page to get help with any issues you are having.
Nintendo/Wii: For help with all Nintendo gaming systems you can click on this link or call 800-255-3700.
Apple: For help with all your Apple devices, including iPhones, Mac books, Apple Watch and more use their support page. Please note if you purchased your products from somewhere other than Apple (like Best Buy or another retailer) you will need to contact them first.
Samsung: For any issues with your devices or apps contact them through their tech page or call 888-987-4357. If you purchased your products from somewhere other than Apple (like Best Buy or another retailer) you will need to contact them first.
Microsoft: You can call their help line at 800-642-7676 or visit their help page for issues with any Microsoft devices or programs.
Best Buy: Best Buy offers tech support through the Geek Squad, which you can access through this link or by calling 800-433-5778.
If you were not signed up for Geek Squad service with your device you will need to purchase a plan.
Toys ‘R’ Us: They have a help desk to answer any order or gift issues you may have at 800-869-7787.
