Sunday brought college football fans the widely anticipated announcement of the 2010-2011 college football bowl schedule.

One of the most exciting announcements would be which of the three tied Big 10 teams would be headed to California for the Rose Bowl.  It was expected that Wisconsin would take the honors, but there stood a small chance that Ohio State or Michigan State could head to Pasadena.

Badger fans were ecstatic to learn that they were headed to their first Rose Bowl in ten years on January 1. Ohio State will head to the Sugar Bowl on January 4 and Michigan State takes on the Capital One Bowl on the first.
