Amazon is hosting a special screening of their new show, ‘The Man in the High Castle’ tonight at Comic-Con and fans everywhere can see it thanks to Entertainment Weekly (EW), who will be live streaming the event.
The event will feature the first 2 episodes of the show, starting at 7:30 P.M. (EST)/ 4:30 P.M. (PST), which can be accessed for free at Ew.com.
Those interested in a sneak peek can see the pilot episode through Amazon Instant video now for free as well.
‘The Man in the High Castle’ is a show based on Philip K. Dick’s award-winning novel about how the U.S. would be if the Allies had lost WWII and Japan and Germany had control of the country.
Ridley Scott (Blade Runner) is executive producer, along with David Semel (‘Heroes’) and Frank Spotnitz (‘The X-Files’) and Semel also wrote the pilot episode.
The shows cast features: Alexa Davalos (‘Mob City’), Luke Kleintank (‘Pretty Little Liars’), Rupert Evans (‘The Village’), Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa (‘Mortal Kombat Legacy’), Joel De La Fuente (‘Hemlock Grove’), Rufus Sewell (‘Eleventh Hour’) and DJ Qualls (‘Z Nation’).
Early reviews suggest it’s a compelling show with solid acting and after watching the pilot I agree- I found the premise intriguing and am curious to see where it goes.
