Comic-Con has announced its first lineup of guests for the summer 2015 San Diego show today.
Comic-Con 2015 will take place at the San Diego Convention Center from Thursday, July 9 through Sunday, July 12, 2015.
The event is dedicated to celebrating comics and popular art and attracts a fan base well-known for arriving in elaborate costumes and character.
The first series of guests scheduled to appear at the Comic-Con 2015 show include:
Writer Kelly Sue DeConnick (Captain Marvel, Pretty Deadly, B*tch Planet),
Artist Carlos Ezquerra (co-creator Judge Dredd, Stontium Dog),
Author Lev Grossman (The Magicians),
Writer/director/producer Reginald Hudlin (Django Unchained, Black Panther animated series)
“Comic-Con is grateful to feature such talented individuals from comics and popular art,” said David Glanzer, spokesperson for Comic-Con International, in a statement to the press.
Additional guests for Comic-Con 2015 will be released in the coming weeks.
