Cracker Barrel is among the restaurants open on Thanksgiving Day 2016 and will also be offering take home meals for customers to serve at their dinner tables.
All Cracker Barrel restaurants will be open and serving a special meal on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Called the Homestyle Turkey n’ Dressing meal, it features sugar cured ham, gravy, cranberry relish, sweet potato casserole with pecans, made from scratch corn muffins or biscuits, choice of a country side, refillable beverage, plus a pumpkin pie slice as dessert. The cost is $12.99 per adult and $7.99 per child.
This year Cracker Barrel is also offering Heat n’ Serve Holiday Family Meals To-Go that let customers pre-order Thanksgiving meals to serve at home. The meals are designed to be ready to serve in two hours or less, including heating time in the oven.
Two types of Holiday Family Meals To-Go from Cracker Barrel will be offered.
The largest, the Heat n’ Serve Holiday Family Meal To-Go, serves up to 10 people and costs $99.99. It features “roasted turkey breast, cornbread dressing, gravy, cranberry relish, a choice of three sides, sweet yeast rolls, pumpkin pie and pecan pie”, according to the company. This meal will be available for pick up from November 22 through November 24, 2016.
The next largest, the Homestyle Turkey n’ Dressing Family Meal To-Go, serves up to six people for a cost of $67.99. It offers “a turkey n’ dressing dinner complete with a sampling of sugar cured ham, a choice of three quart-sized country sides, cranberry relish, gravy and a choice of biscuits, corn muffins, or a loaf of sourdough bread.” This meal option is available for pickup from November 19 through November 27, 2016.
Fresh baked pies will also be offered for $8.99 in Cracker Barrel’s stores for pickup through December 24, 2016. These include Pecan, Apple Pecan Streusel, Chocolate Pecan and a no-sugar added All-American Apple Pie. Pumpkin pies will be available Thanksgiving week beginning Monday, November 21 through Thanksgiving Day.
Cracker Barrel’s Heat n’ Serve Holiday Meals To-Go can be preordered online at least 24 hours in advance at crackerbarrel.com. Orders can be picked up beginning Thanksgiving week on Tuesday November 22, 2016.
