Cyber Monday Deals 2012: A Sneak Peek At Some Big Deals

Cyber Monday Deals 2012: A Sneak Peek At Some Big Deals

On the heels of Black Friday and Small Business Saturday comes Cyber Monday.

The big online sales day is expected to be the biggest shopping day of 2012. Over $1.5 billion in online spending is being forecasted by some, up from about $1.25 billion spent during last year’s Cyber Monday.

And just like Black Friday’s time-frame is expanding, so is Cyber Monday’s. At many online stores, it’s morphing into Cyber ‘Week.’

Over at Amazon.com, they are calling it ‘Cyber Day Deals Week’. That name incorporates the best of everything, I suppose. While many other sites are reporting that Amazon will start it’s Cyber deals at midnight tonight, in truth they’ve already started the sale. They are currently offering a $200 Amazon Gift Card with the purchase of select Ultrabooks, and many of the Ultrabooks are on sale to boot. They also have 1 Vizio XVT 58 inch Cinemawide HDTV on sale for $999 at the moment – normally these go from $1600 up.

Like their Black Friday sale, Amazon is having short term Lightning Deals, and they offer a way for shoppers to view current, upcoming, and (for those that really want to torture themselves) ‘missed’ deals.

Kohls.com may be having one of the flashiest Cyber Monday sales. Its already begun too. There are a number of items listed in their Cyber Monday sale. Plus they have an extra 20% off everything on thier site. Plus they are offering $15 in Kolh’s cash for every $50 spent.

BestBuy.com is another well known outlet for Cyber Monday deals – and they didn’t wait for Monday to come along either. Their sale began today and includes 25% off a pretty good assortment of HDTVs. Tablets on sale include the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.10 at $100 off, an Acer Iconia Tablet at $120 off, and an Asus Transformer Pad Infinity at $50 off.

Target.com is having a Cyber Week sale and is currently featuring 20% – 25% off toys, deals on HDTV’s include a Westinghouse 46 inch LCD HDTV for $390 (almost $200 off regular price).

Sears.com has already started their Cyber Monday sale and it continues until Wednesday morning. Highlights include a NordicTrack elliptical machine for $500 ($400 off it’s regular price), up to 50% off outerwear, and a Brenham 8′ billard table for $470 ($430 off).

Walmart.com also started their Cyber Week today. Deals include a JVC 32 inch LCD HDTV for $200, a Sceptre 40 inch LCD HDTV for $270, a 16GB Apple iPod Touch with an accessory kit for $179, and a 4GB Xbox 360 console with the Skylanders Starter Kit for $160.

Of course, these are just some of the highlights of these sales and many more items are available. Some deals will be rotating in and out during the week.
