Former child actor and teen heartthrob David Cassidy was arrested in Florida for driving under the influence.
60 year old Cassidy was in a white Mercedes that veered off of a roadway in St. Lucie County when an officer stopped him. The officer was able to determine that Cassidy was impaired and proceeded to arrest him for driving under the influence.
Cassidy became a household name in the 1970s when he starred in the television show The Partridge Family. He went on to become a pop singer with a number one single ‘I Think I Love You’.
