Two and a half weeks after announcing their return to Madison Square Garden, Dispatch added an extra night to their only live show in North America this year.
The band will playing on Friday, July 10, with Dr. Dog, as well as on July 11.
Tickets are being sold now to the band’s newsletter subscribers and to Chase cardholders. They will be on sale via Ticketmaster to the general public at noon Easter Standard Time on Friday, Jan. 23.
The shows, Dispatch: Hunger, are an effort to bring awareness to the problem of hunger in the United States.
The band is also offering VIP packages, including access to the sound check and a Q & A with the band; a professional photo with the band, early entry, a tote bag, a T-shirt, a pre-signed screen print, and access to the sound check; time to hang out with the band, along with a polaroid and signing of an item; watching the show from the soundboard, along with a bootleg version of the show; and a meet and greet with the band in a private backstage dressing room, along with three other people.
