The Steam Halloween Sale is here, which is great news for fans of horror games!
Steam, the online digital distribution client, has put dozens of different games on sale from now until November first.
These games are almost all horror themed, or related to Halloween in some way.
This is a good opportunity to catch up on some of your gaming before the holiday rush kicks in.
There’s lots of games to consider and a few days to decide, so you can try to budget out how much you want to spend versus how much you’ll need to save for the Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Christmas trifecta.
Featured games span a large variety, from established franchises like Castlevania and Resident Evil, to more indie hits like The Walking Dead adventure game and Costume Quest, a Halloween themed RPG. Also notable is the inclusion of older point & click adventure games like I Have No Mouth & I Must Scream, and The 7th Guest.
Steam isn’t the only gaming service with games on sale for the holiday. Amazon, Green Man Gaming, and Desura are all also having sales in the coming days.
