Drugstores and pharmacies open on Thanksgiving Day 2016 include CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens.
Most CVS 24-hour locations will still be open around the clock and pharmacies in those locations will be also be open around the clock on Thanksgiving Day 2016.
Many non-24 hour CVS locations will be open during their normal hours (such as 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.) on Thanksgiving Day 2016 while pharmacies in those stores will be open until 2 p.m. Opening times for those pharmacies vary by location with many opening at 7 or 8 a.m.

According to a representative from Rite Aid, select stores are open nationwide on Thanksgiving Day 2016 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. while pharmacies in those locations will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Walgreens 24-hour stores and pharmacies are open Thanksgiving Day 2016 around the clock while non-24 hour Walgreens stores will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Select Walgreens non-24 hour pharmacies will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
