Today the fifth Field Day festival takes place in London’s beautiful Victoria Park.
Field Day is an annual outdoor music festival that has taken place in Victoria Park since August 2007. Tickets for Field Day have sold out every year the festival has taken place. Field Day is only open to those who are 18 and older (sorry kiddies)!
Not only does Field Day have good music, but it also offers other fun things to do. There are traditional side stalls, fete games such as blindfold sweetcorn husking, scone throwing, vegetable discus, human wheelbarrow, and a gigantic game of tug of war, which will be hosted by the official Tug of War Association. There will also be old favorites such as the egg and spoon race, sack race, three legged race and more. Delicious food to snack on throughout the festival will also be available from Venn Street Market!
Cashpoints are available on site, but will likely have massive queues. Only sealed water bottles up to 1L will be allowed in, no other types of liquid or unsealed bottles are permitted.
