Final Fantasy X HD Will Include X-2 On PS3

Final Fantasy X HD Will Include X-2 On PS3

The highly anticipated HD remake of Final Fantasy X will come with the HD version of its sequel Final Fantasy X-2 on the same disc for PS3.

However, the two games will sold separately for the Vita version.

The news was first reported from Gematsu, and it has now been confirmed by Shonen Jump.

There’s no set release date yet for the remakes, but they are expected to release sometime in 2013.

The content for the HD games will be from the previously released international versions, instead of the domestic version.

It’s been a long wait for the remakes.  The original Final Fantasy X was released in 2001 for PlayStation 2, and the HD remakes were first announced by Square Enix 10 years later.  That was 2011 at the Tokyo Game Show.

Which one do you like better, the original games or their HD remakes?
