The final trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 has just been released and you can see it here, courtesy of Coming Soon.
The highly anticipated sequel has released a host of teasers and trailers, but this will be the last video of any new footage until the movie hits theaters.
The video’s footage prominently shows Jamie Foxx, who plays new villain Electro, and Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn/Green Goblin. The trailer is packed with edge of your seat action sequences.
This latest installment of the Spider-Man series features a new director: Marc Webb and a new Peter Parker/Spider-Man, portrayed by Andrew Garfield.
The rest of the cast consists of Emma Stone who will be returning as Gwen Stacy, Campbell Scott as Richard Parker and Paul Giamatti as another new villain, Rhino. The character of Mary Jane Watson (MJ), played by Shailene Woodley, was scheduled to debut in this movie, but the footage has been removed and she will appear in another installment.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will hit theaters internationally on April 16. It will hit U.S. theaters on May 2.
