‘Sons of Anarchy’ Gets  Lea Michele To Guest Appear For Season 7

Glee star Lea Michele is hanging up her halo for some leather as she just confirmed via Twitter that she will be making a guest appearance on ‘Sons of Anarchy’ this final season.

The angel-faced star tweeted earlier that: ” I’ll be appearing on an episode of my favorite show @SonsofAnarchy! Thank you so much @Harparbar & @sutterink #SOAFX.”

She included an SOA photo in her tweet and also thanked Executive Producer Paris Barclay and the show’s creator Kurt Sutter.

Sutter, who is nothing if not candid, tweeted his interest in Michele  awhile back, saying she’s ” Smoking Hot. All Class.  Charming can use a p*ssy upgrade.  And count on me to keep us in the gutter.”

Now that she’s signed on it will be interesting to see just how her appearance plays out: although some may think this is an odd pairing I have no doubt it will all make sense once Kurt’s done weaving his magic.

According to E! News, an FX rep said she will be playing a character named Gertie, who is a single mom and truck stop waitress who comes in contact with Gemma during a difficult period and empathizes with her .

If that is the case  one possible theory is that Gertie becomes friends with Gemma while she’s on the run from Jax.

Gemma doesn’t usually hang out in truck stops, so I can’t imagine her being at one unless she HAS to be there because she’s running for her life.

Of course, this is just a theory that may or may not be true-we’ll have to wait just a little while longer to find out.

The 7th and final season of ‘Sons of Anarchy’ premieres September 9 at 10 P.M. (EST) on FX.
