Grand Theft Auto 5 is one of the most highly anticipated games of 2013, and the gaming community is expecting it to be the biggest open-world title released this year.
Gaming Everything reports GTA V is now the 13th most anticipated game in Japan, which is an achievement as the game has been developed in the west.
Another western-developed video game that’s on the list apart from GTA 5 is Naughty Dog’s ‘The Last Of Us’.
GTA 5 features the city of Los Santos, which is inspired by the city of Los Angeles.
The COO of Take-Two Interactive recently revealed the game’s release date was shifted to September 17th because the title is going to provide a ‘brand new experience’ to gamers.
The game is up for pre-orders on Amazon for Xbox 360 and PS3, and rumors say it will eventually arrive on next-gen consoles.
The release date for Japan isn’t known yet.
