Kim Kardashian Wedding Recap: No Crashers Allowed! [Video]

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries officially tied the knot Saturday night, August 20th. Not many photos of the wedding’s ceremony or reception have leaked, but People Magazine purchased the rights of all exclusive photos, while E! cameras recorded all of the live footage. People Magazine is expected to release an issue featuring the Kim Kardashian wedding on Friday, August 26.

The wedding took place on a private estate in Montecito, California. Celebrities such as Ryan Seacrest, Julianne Hough, Mark Ballas, Cheryl Burke, Avril Lavigne, Demi Lovato, Ciara, and Lindsey Lohan attended the event.

Kim wore a gown by attendee Vera Wang, that was described as “a traditional ivory dress with full tulle skirt, basque waist and hand-pieced Chantilly lace appliqué on the bodice and train.” Kim’s sisters, Khloe and Kourney, wore ivory maid of honor dresses, while her stepsisters, Kylie and Kendall, were bridesmaids. Kim’s nephew, Chris Humphries, served as ring bearer, while wearing a white Ermenegildo Zegna tuxedo with black pants and a white bow tie.

The stunning wedding rings were designed by Lorraine Schwartz, as well as Kim’s $2 million engagement ring.

Security was extremely tight for Kim’s pricey $30 million wedding. It has been reported that party crashers were being treated as a serious threat, and that security was constantly patrolling the grounds at the Montecito estate by land and by air. Roaming choppers kept an eagle-eye view for unwanted interlopers. The majority of the wedding festivities took place both indoors and under tents.”
