Amazon is having a Deal of the Day today featuring the Kindle Fire 8.9 at $50 off its regular price.
It’s a rare day that Amazon puts a Kindle Fire HD on sale for a discounted price. At $50 off, the ‘with special offers’ 16GB wifi version costs $249. The 32GB wifi version costs $319.
Without the ‘special offers’ advertising, the 16GB wifi version is $264. The 32GB wifi version is $334.
The cost for the 32GB “with special offers’ version of the Kindle Fire HD with 4G is $449 with the $50 discount. The 64GB version is $549.
Without special offers, the 32GB Kindle Fire HD with 4G is $464. The 64GB version is $564.
Amazon Deals of the Day go until 11:59pm, or until supplies are exhausted. Amazon uses US Pacific time zone. Amazon notes that there is a limit of one Kindle Fire HD 8.9 deal per customer.
