The Inspiron 15R Touch laptop is included in Dell's July 4th saleIf you are looking for a laptop deal, now would be a good time to get one, according to a report from the price predicting site

According to Decide, there are three particular times of the year when laptop prices tend to be at their lowest.

One is right now, June and July.

The second time is right – after – everyone heads back to school, late September.

Decide’s report says that the average price of laptops dip about 10% during June/July and late September, and about 20% in December.
