The Beatles: Available Streaming Online For 1st Time Ever

Music from The Beatles will be available for streaming for the first time in history this week.

Beginning December 24 at 12:01am local time worldwide, the entire original U.K. catalog of The Beatles will be available on Apple Music, Amazon Prime, Spotify, Google Play, Microsoft Groove, Rhapsody, Tidal, Spotify, Deezer, Slacker Radio and Napster for streaming.

The Beatles’ music has never been available for streaming until now and includes 13 studio albums as well as other collections such as 1 and Past Masters.

Some streaming services are offering special Beatles playlists and more.

Rhapsody said in a news release, “To celebrate, Rhapsody has created a special editorial experience to take listeners through the legendary history of The Beatles. From more than a dozen hand-curated playlists and articles including “29 Things You Didn’t Know About The Beatles,” to a slideshow showcasing a pictorial history of The Beatles, Rhapsody will give you a personal journey through the band’s career. Over the next several months Rhapsody will continue to introduce unique content and coverage centered on The Beatles.”

Napster issued a similar statement, “For fans of the Beatles, the Napster editorial team prepared some highlights in addition: over a dozen hand-curated playlists, reviews of all albums as well as editorial articles on The Beatles.”
