LivingSocial’s Whole Foods Special: $10 For $20 Deal – Going On Right Now

On Sept. 13th, 2011, LivingSocial announced a nationwide offer of $20 worth of groceries for $10 from Whole Foods Market in the United States. The deal, which is available for 24 hours, has sold over 630,000 vouchers between 5 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

As a bonus, 5% of the sale price on each deal purchased will go towards the Whole Kids Foundation, a Whole Foods nutrition and education charity. The foundation aims to help end childhood obesity and promote health and wellness by working with schools, educators and organizations.

There is a limit of one voucher per person for LivingSocial’s current deal.

In January, LivingSocial offered the public a $20 Amazon.com gift card for only $10, which sold 440,000 deals and brought in $11 million. It looks as if LivingSocial might break their previous record!
