March Madness 2016 is almost here, and the only thing crazier than the tournament itself is all the ways you can watch and stream the games.
With multiple networks and 12 free streaming option available, it can be madness (see what I did there?) trying to figure out where an when to watch- which is where I come in.
I have a complete breakdown of all the ways to watch, as well as the complete schedule, so you can catch all the actions and scores from home or on the go.
Here’s everything you need to know to watch:
ON TV
The tournament, which starts on Tuesday, March 15, with the First Four, will once again be broadcast live by CBS and Turner Sports across four national television networks: TBS, CBS, TNT and truTV.
Streaming:
All the games will be streamed for free on the NCAA March Madness Live website and through their app for iOS, Android and Windows, Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Fire Tablets, Apple TV, Apple Watch, Roku players, Roku TVs.
Be aware that access is free provided you sign-in using a participating cable provider.
Apple TV users will also have the new split screen feature, which lets you watch 2 games at once, side-by-side.
In addition, Apple TV and Chromecast users can also stream to their TV sets by using AirPlay, which will mirror what’s on your Macbook or Android device to you TV.
For those without cable, you can stream for free on PC’s through CBS Sports, and on devices with the CBS Sports app for iOS, Android and Windows; CBS is allowing access without having to sign-in for the tournament.
TNT, TBS and truTV will also stream for free, but you will need to sign-in for access.
