The NY Mets are going to the World Series!!!
The NY Mets swept the Chicago Cubs to win the NLCS and gear is already available online and in-stores.
Several retailers in the NY area are open, selling T-shirts, hats, hoodies and more, as are online retailers.
Here are all the details of how to get your gear:
Online you can go to the MLB store site, Modell’s, Dicks Sporting Goods, Amazon & Sports Authority.
For fans who can’t wait to rock their champion gear, Modell’s is the place to be, as several locations are open right now; here’s a list of those locations, along with locations that plan to open early Thursday morning:
Modell’s NYC
·Times Square Location-234 W. 42nd street, NYC (212-764-7030). Store reps confirmed they will be open immediately following the game.
·89-59 Bay Parkway, Brooklyn, NY (718-373-1955). We spoke with sales rep Akeen, who said the store would remain open tonight and have gear available immediately following the game if they won.
.531 86th street, Brooklyn, NY (7187-745-7900). A spokesman for the store said they will be open tonight with t-shirts and other merchandise and will re-open early Thursday morning.
·Atlantic Avenue location-140 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY (718-399-6700). Store reps were not sure if they would be open following the game, so call before heading over. They will however, be open Thursday morning starting at 6 A.M. (EST) with championship merchandise.
·464 Fulton street, Brooklyn, NY (718) 596-6005: A sales girl said the store will be opening early, starting at 7 A.M. (EST) Thursday morning.
