“Mighty Morphin Power Rangers” Complete Series DVD Set Arriving Nov. 20

Saban Brands, with the help of Shout! Factory, is bringing the original Power Rangers out of retirement this fall with the highly anticipated Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Complete Series DVD box set.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers became an overnight sensation when it debuted in 1993 and is still regarded as one of the most watched children’s television programs in North America.

All three seasons of the original series will be included in the 19-DVD box set, as well as the ten-episode series finale Mighty Morphin Power RangersAlien Rangers, for a total of 155 episodes full of morphin’ teenagers (with attitude), Dinozords, and Bulk and Skull antics.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Complete Series will also include a myriad of bonus content, including interviews with the cast and crew, and holiday specials Lord Zedd’s Monster Heads and Alpha’s Magical Christmas.

After the end of its three season run, the show dropped “Mighty Morphin” from its title and became Power Rangers Zeo. Since then, Power Rangers has been on the air in some form or another over the last 19 years, with the latest iteration of the show, Power Rangers: Super Samurai, currently airing on Nickelodeon.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Complete Series 19-DVD box set will be available on November 20, 2012 and is already available for pre-order from ShoutFactory.com.
