Netflix released a major update for its episode selector on iPad back in April.
Today, the popular media streaming service has rolled out a new update for its native iOS app.
The new update brings auto-play for television show episodes, an improved second-screen experience, and movie recommendations.
The new post-play feature plays all TV show episodes automatically. According to Netflix “when one episode of a TV show ends, the Netflix app automatically cues and then starts the next episode.”
The post-play feature is also for movies, but users receive the top three movie recommendations when the movie they’re watching comes to an end, letting them make a selection of what they want to see next.
Netflix also announced last week that it would be adding more rows to the iPad version of the app. The new layout will provide more room for listing genres, so users won’t have to scroll or browse as deep.
Netflix for iOS is a free download on App Store.
