IGN has released a new clip from A Good Day to Die Hard, which is set to premiere in US theaters on February 14 – Valentine’s Day.
The clip features the indomitable John McClane, played by Bruce Willis of course, on a busy street in Russia. We watch as he is hit by a car, jumps back up, and punches out the driver. Throwing in a smart comment to boot. Classic Die Hard stuff.
A Good Day to Die Hard is the fifth installment of the series.
Much like the last Indiana Jones movie, this new Die Hard film will introduce us to the main character’s grown up son, Jack McClane. We last saw Jack as a little boy in the original Die Hard movie. That was way back in 1988!
Spartacus fans may recognize Jack as being the gladiator Varro, both parts played by Australian actor Jai Courtney.
Here’s the new clip – but before you watch it and go – do you think Jai Courtney will take over the lead role in future Die Hard films? Or will Die Hard die out when Willis get’s too old?
