Will you be doing during the basketball playoffs on May 1?
If you’re anything like us here at CP, glued to the basketball playoffs of course. But we’re shoppers – not big basketball fans! So what will be watching for during the playoffs is the worldwide reveal of the new Call Of Duty game.
Activision has announced the date of the reveal through the official Call Of Duty website.
So we have the date if the reveal, but not much else. Other than rumors. Running down some of the latest Internet buzz, we find that some believe the name of the next Call Of Duty installment will be Call of Duty: Eclipse (credit goes to MP1st for that one). They also suggest the game will be released on November 13, on which there actually is an eclipse (visible from northern Australia and the southern Pacific Ocean region).
The folks over at DigitalTrends are speculating that the count down timer on the Call Of Duty website will count down to the release of an official trailer – which we would imaging will also be shown during the playoffs on TNT, since the site suggests we tune in.
