The newest trailer for David Fincher’s latest thriller Gone Girl hit the information superhighway earlier today, giving viewers a deeper insight into the movie than the teaser trailer that was released a couple month’s ago.
For those who don’t know, Gone Girl is based on the novel of the same name written by Gillian Flynn, and tells the story of Nick Dunne, who is played by Ben Affleck, a man who searches for his wife after she goes missing, only to find himself s suspect in the case.
The new trailer gives us a closer look at Affleck’s portrayal of Dunne, as well as a sneak peek at Fincher’s mood and style for the film.
We also get a better look at the missing wife, Amy, who is played by Rosamund Pike, as well as several of the notable actors that play supporting roles in Gone Girl, including Neil Patrick Harris, Sela Ward, Carrie Coon, Patrick Fugit, and Kim Dickens.
