NFL 2011: Rams Vs. Giants 9/19 | Preview & TV Schedule [Video]

Today is September 19th, you know what that means… Monday Night Football! Tonight the St. Louis Rams (Road) will play against the New York Giants (Home) in a game of good old fashioned American football!

The Rams had a season-opening 31-13 loss against the Philadelphia Eagles, but maybe they have a chance to get back on their feet at tonight’s game.

“I think we embrace the fact that we’re playing on Monday night,” Spagnuolo said. “We’re all proud of that and it’s great and everything that goes with it. But I can’t get past the fact that it’s Game 2, we’re 0-1, we need a win. No matter who we played, where we play it, the goal would be the same.

The Giants also lost their first game against the Washington Redskins 28-14, and are looking for a win to regain their identity.

“They are going to be coming in here fighting,” said Giants center David Baas. “They don’t want to be 0-2 and we don’t want to be 0-2. We’re not underestimating them at all. but definitely we are going to come out and be aggressive and do what we do.”

The game take places tonight at 8:30 p.m. ET at the MetLife Stadium. The game can be viewed live on ESPN, heard via radio on WFAN 660 AM, and heard on Sirius station 93.
