One X+ Announced By HTC – Upgrades On Everything

HTC recently announced the launch of One X+ International Version.

The new smartphone will basically use the same device that made the One X popular and will increase the performance of almost everything included.

The processor will be an NVIDIA Tegra 3 of 1.7 GHz, internal storage available goes up to 64 GB and the battery will be 2100 mAh. Due to the better processor and stronger battery, HTC claims that One X+ will have a 50 percent increase in talk time.

Other international One X+ specifications:

  • 4.7 inc LCD 2 display – includes Gorilla Glass 2
  • 1 GB RAM
  • Android 4.1
  • Camera with 8 MP, ImageSense and F 2.0
  • WiFi, HDMI out and DLNA
  • NFC

One X+ will also include HTC Sense 4+, which boasts a speed enhancement and various tweaks that will offer a better user experience.

HTC One X+ is scheduled to hit the market in November 2012 in South Asia.

Shoppers that want to buy it in North Asia or Europe will soon be able to get their hands on the smartphone since the availability date is October.

Nothing official has been stated about a North America release, although an announcement is expected soon.
