Paris Fashion Week 2011: Gaga To Debut Film During Mugler Show [Video]

This year’s Paris Fashion Week has begun, attracting a ton of different kinds of fashion, style, taste, and a horde of new talented designers to the city. And on Wednesday, Sept. 28, Lady Gaga is expected to leave another one of her claw marks on this year’s event.

One again, Gaga has joined forces with the French fashion house, Thierry Mugler, to premiere a never-before-seen short film during Mugler’s highly anticipated spring/summer women’s collection fashion show.

In the past, Gaga has collaborated with Mugler to launch two remix tracks of “Scheiße” and “Government Hooker” during previous runway shows.

During Mugler’s show this year, an unreleased remix of one of Gaga’s tracks will be played in the film.

Earlier this year, Gaga was awarded with the Fashion Icon of the year award at the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Awards.

MTV Blogger Tamar Anitai wrote that “Gaga working with people like Nicola Formichetti has allowed designers like him and like the late Alexander McQueen to step out of the world of high fashion, which is often perceived of as elite, and become part of the mainstream music landscape as she’s used high fashion to build her own personal musical narrative.”

On Thursday, a special version of Gaga’s film will be available online for all of her “Little Monsters.”
