Playstation has announced on their blog that the latest Playstation flash sale has gone live. The sales event features discounted games as low as $1.40.
This sale will last through the weekend, ending at 9:00 a.m. Pacific on May 18th. True to its name, the most expensive game in the sale is only $4.95.
The games will be available at their discounted prices on either the Playstation Network, or the Playstation Store website.
Some of the titles in the sale have been around for years, such as Darksiders ($4.80), while others are only a year old such as Trials Fusion ($4.80).
Hit titles such as Borderlands 2 and Terraria are included in the sale.
As usual, games aren’t the only items included in the sale. Movies such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) are also on sale.
Unlike the games, the movies can only be rented for their sale prices.
Playstation frequently holds these flash sales that puts their games at extremely low prices. The games are usually for the older consoles such as the Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita.
For example, the Deals Under $5 Flash Sales features 53 Playstation 3 games, and only 19 Playstation 4 games.
