Recipe 4 Wellness founder Karen Russell will be hosting a free teleclass this month to help lose weight now that the holidays have passed.
The class, titled Hit the Reset Button: Proven Strategies to Have Increased Energy and Lose Weight in the New Year, will premiere on Monday January 17, 2011 at 8:00 pm. It will include recipes and strategies that have been proven to increase energy and help lose weight.
Russell said the class was created to combat the tendencies of the holidays to eat more and exercise less. Participants will gain the tools needed to not only help lose weight but also raise their energy levels.
The class will cover a variety of topics ranging from recipes to pitfalls a person should watch out for.
