RedBox has quite a few popular new releases out.
This week’s new releases include Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1.
This is timed, of course, with the hope that Harry Potter fans will want to refresh their memories of Part 1 of the the Harry Potter season finale – just before Part 2 comes out this Friday.
Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 is another popular new release from RedBox. It features the antics of Papi and Chloe and a small herd of puppies as they come to the help of their owners.
A modern take on Beauty and the Beast – Beastly is now available through RedBox.
Other noteworthy new releases include Of Gods and Men, Sanctum, Snake Eyes, The Big Bang, Rules of Engagement, BloodRayne: the Third Reich, and Internal Affairs.
RedBox now has more than 27,000 ‘RedBox’ dvd vending kiosks in the US. The company rents DVD’s for $1 a day, and Blu-ray disks for $1.50 a day.
According to the company, each Red Box movie kiosk is stocked with up to 200 different titles and 630 movies. They have a system in place for locating the closest RedBox movie vending kiosk by texting ‘REDBOX’ to 50101.
