Ruth’s Chris Steak House will be among the few restaurants open Christmas Day for 2013.
Some locations will be offering extended lunch hours.
Christmas meals include Ruth’s Chris usual menu favorites as well as the Surf & Turf with Twin Cold Water North American Lobster Tails— it comes with the option of a Filet for $47.95 or a Ribeye for $57.95.
Holiday cocktails, inspired by Christmases past, are also available including the Blackberry Sidecar (consisting of Remy Martin VSOP Cognac, Cointreau, lemon juice, blackberries, and plum bitters) and the Ruby Red Greyhound.
Highlights of Ruth’s Chris Christmas dessert menu include Crème Brulee, Fresh Seasonal Berries with Sweet Cream, or Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce.
To take some of the prep work out of the kitchen for those dining at home, side items to go can be pre-ordered.
According to the restaurant, Ruth’s Chris holiday sides-to-go are “hand prepared by the chef and include reheating instructions.” Large portion sizes capable of feeding 10 to 12 guests are offered at $29.95 each. Options include Creamed Spinach, Green Beans with Roasted Garlic, and Sweet Potato Casserole.
Ruth’s Chris Steak House is also running a promotion on its gift cards for the holiday season.
In a prepared statement, the restaurant says, “For every $250 of gift cards purchased, guests will receive a 10 percent bonus card.”
