With San Diego Comic Con on the horizon, Nintendo is offering a challenge to lucky attendees.
The challenge is a 3DS Super Smash Bros. tournament to celebrate the next release for the series.
Those able to attend the convention can come to Nintendo’s personal event and may even be selected to battle in the tournament. Spots are limited and Nintendo states it is a first come first serve basis.
The tournament will be held on July 25, at Marriott Marquis & Marina located at 333 W. Harbor Drive. Proceedings start at noon.
Anyone unable to attend the convention can watch the tournament live via Nintendo’s official Twitch channel here.
Super Smash Bros. for 3DS is to releasing on October 3rd, for both North America and Europe. Japanese gamers can get their hands on the game even sooner, on September 13th.
SDCC allows attendees early looks and first hand on impressions of some upcoming big titles.
San Diego Comic Con is being held from July 24th through the 27th, at the San Diego Convention Center. For more information check out the official site here.
