The already star-studded cast of Hail, Caesar!, the next movie to be produced and directed by the Coen brothers, is about to get even better, with the likely addition of both Scarlett Johansson and Jonah Hill.
Nothing is official, but Variety is reporting that both Johansson and Hill are in talks to join the cast of Hail, Caesar!, a movie that will follow the story of a 1950’s Hollywood fixer that tries to keep his studio’s stars in line.
In addition to Joel and Ethan Coen calling the shots as directors and producers, the cast of Hail, Caesar! already includes Channing Tatum, George Clooney, Tilda Swinton, Ralph, Fiennes, and Josh Brolin.
Filming for Hail, Caesar! is expected to take place this fall, with Johansson playing the role of an actress who becomes pregnant. Ironically, Johansson announced in March that she’s pregnant for real.
Meanwhile, Johansson’s most recent film, Lucy, is set to be released into theaters later this month. As for Hill, Hail, Caesar! could be a reunion of sorts for him and Tatum, who released their buddy comedy sequel, 22 Jump Street, last month.
