The wildly popular over-the-top production produced by the Syfy channel, will make it’s way to Washington, D.C and Orlando, Florida.
The news was confirmed by the Syfy channel via Twitter.
Sharknado and it’s sequel, Sharknado 2: The Second One, both broke records for the Syfy channel along with creating a (so bad it’s good) cult phenomenon around the world.
Produced by The Asylum, the films have been an unlikely (and to some unwanted) success. It is recommended to switch off your brain and have fun.
Released in 2013 and devastating Los Angeles, Sharknado starred Ian Ziering, Tara Reid, John Heard and Cassie Scerbo. The next year Sharknado 2: The Second One hit New York, and had a number of celebrity guest roles with Mark McGrath, Vivicia A. Fox, Judd Hirsh, Kurt Angle and Billy Ray Cyrus, this time it will hit the Capitol before heading south to Orlando, Florida.
Sharknado 3 will most likely be full of landmarks and theme parks, being ripped apart by the sharknado, when it hits D.C and Orlando.
Sharknado 3 is yet to receive a subtitle, but plans are in place for it to premiere on the Syfy channel mid 2015.
