Sonic the Hedgehog is one of the most popular characters for gamers.
Android device owners who love the blue, fast-paced,hedgehog will be glad to know that Sega has released Sonic the Hedgehog on Google Play.
The game was previously available just on iOS.
Players are presented with widescreen 60 FPS gameplay. The Android version comes with re-mastered audio and couple of new features.
Apart from Sonic, gamers will also have a chance to play with Knuckles and Tails. Both of them come with their unique abilities.
However, neither of them are available at the start and will have to be unlocked through the gameplay.
There’s also a new Time Attack mode which allows experienced players to increase the level of difficulty.
Sega’s extras add more to the gaming experience.
The leaderboard placed in the smartphone version of the game will allow gamers to compete with each other.
