‘Sons of Anarchy’ Executive Producer Paris Barclay revealed in a recent interview that while not everyone will die only a few will be sitting at the final table.
Barclay gave some new insights into this final season, telling Collider that, “… [in] almost every episode someone is dying so that makes it a little bit harder to shoot ’cause we have to keep saying goodbye”.
He then went on to say that, “Yes, there will be someone left. There will be more than one, but not a lot more.” and that, “there will be a table”.
Of course the question now is: who will the ones left? While it could be anyone, my guess is the Jax (Charlie Hunnam) , Chibs (Tommy Flanagan) and ether Tigs (Kim Coates) or Bobby (Mark Boone) will be the final 3.
I would say all of them but I think it’s too much to hope for that all 4 would make it and between the 4 I would guess ether Tigs or Bobby goes.
Barclay also said in the interview that this season is about: “chickens coming home to roost” and that “all the things we have done over seven seasons, eventually people have to pay for.”
While we know Gemma (Katey Sagal) and Juice (Theo Rossi) are among those who will have to pay for their past actions you have to wonder who will be joining them.
In other SOA news yet another casting has been announced: Inbar Lavi of ‘Gang Related’ will be appearing, but what her role will be is not being revealed
Lavi confirmed via Twitter that she will be on the show, saying she is: ” humbled and ‘grateful’ for the chance.
Show creator Kurt Sutter retweeted her post, but didn’t comment so what her role is remains a mystery.
Many of the other guest roles, like Marilyn Manson, Courtney Love and Lea Michele, have been explained so you have to wonder why Lavi’s role is being kept under wraps.
Could she possibly be related to the mysterious homeless woman we’ve seen so often? Will she be a new love interest for Jax?
There are dozens of possibilities, we’ll just have to wait a few more weeks to find out.
The seventh and final season of ‘Sons of Anarchy’ premieres September 9 at 10 P.M. (EST) on FX.
