Sony Offering Xperia S Tablet For $50 Less With Free Casual Cover

Sony Offering Xperia S Tablet For $50 Less With Free Casual Cover

There are so many Android tablets available that consumers often get confused which one to go for.

Usually, the price plays a major role in their decision, and today’s deal may turn some heads in favor of Xperia Tablet S.

Xperia Tablet S is an Android-powered tablet that runs 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Other features of the tablet include 1 GB RAM, 1 megapixel front camera, 8 megapixel back camera, quad-core 1.4 GHz Tegra 3 processor and 16 GB internal SD card. The tablet comes with a 9.7 display screen with a resolution of 1200×800.

It was initially offered for $400 by Sony.

The tablet, however, hasn’t done well compared to the likes of Nexus 7 and Nexus 10. Consumers will often go for the Nexus over Tablet S, but Sony’s recent price drop may change their minds.

Spotted by Android Police, Sony has reduced the price of the tablet by $50 for consumers if they buy directly from the company.

That’s not the only attraction; they’re also offering the Casual Cover (usually $59.99) for free. That’s $110 in savings.

The offer on the Sony Xperia S Tablet is available until February 23rd.
