Target Coupons, Discounts, & Hidden Ways To Save Money At Target

If you find yourself checking out at Target with only one form of discount, you might not be saving as much money as you could.

In addition to accepting manufacturer’s coupons, Target offers three additional ways to save money when you shop.

The first of these is Target coupons.  You can find these in newspapers, Target ads, online at target.com, or even sign up at target.com to have them sent monthly to your mobile device.

Target also offers an app for discounts called Cartwheel.  Cartwheel allows you to search for products that you would already be buying, and gives you a percentage off your purchase price.

Target’s Cartwheel app is growing in popularity. According to an article in Fortune earlier this month, “shoppers browsing and shopping Target via mobile devices rose 251% in March.”

Of course you might not always find what you need on Cartwheel, but new items are added weekly, and you could get anywhere from 5-50% off.

Cartwheel is available for both Android and Apple devices.

Finally, there’s the Target Red Card.  This is either a debit or credit card.  When you make purchases using your Red Card, you get an additional 5% off your total purchase, an extra 30 days for returns, and free shipping when ordering online.

And the best part of these three discounts?  They can all be used in conjunction with manufacturer’s coupons and each other.  That means you could have up to four means of saving money on every item in your shopping cart.
