Target, my favorite stop for low-cost and cute clothing, recently unveiled a new bridal line.
The line, named Tevolio, will be sold exclusively online at Target.com for prices ranging from $24.99 to $129.99.
As anyone who has ever thrown or been part of a wedding knows, those are incredibly low prices for bridal gear. My personal wedding gown cost a ghastly $2,700.00 and it’s now sitting, dirty, in my closet, probably never to be used again.
Tevolio offers two options for flower girl dresses, two for male ring bearers, four bridal gowns and nineteen bridesmaid dresses in a wide variety of colors.
The bridal gowns are incredibly simple; no ball gowns here. But for their low prices, they could be easily accessorized and glammed up without stretching your budget.
The bridesmaid dresses are very similar to more expensive industry regulars such as J.Crew and David’s Bridal, but with much lower price tags. They have a variety of styles in each color, allowing your bridesmaids to mix and match while still looking cohesive.
The unique name Tevolio comes from the Italian phrase Ti voglio or” I love you” in English. If you’re a bride on a budget, I think you may end up saying those words regarding this new line of dresses.
