‘The Lego Movie’ Receives Rave Reviews – In Theaters Friday

‘The Lego Movie’ has already received critical acclaim, something that family films generally have a hard time achieving.

Currently, the movie has a 100% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

This means that all of the critics out of the thirty that Rotten Tomatoes has archived have enjoyed the film.

For instance, Michael Phillips from the Chicago Tribune says, “This isn’t just the funniest PG-rated animation in too long; it’s the funniest film, period, in months.”

Many critics and publications not yet listed on Rotten Tomatoes have also expressed positive feelings about the film.

Scott Mendelson from Forbes says, “Everything about ‘The Lego Movie’ is awesome,” and Bill Zwecker from the Chicago Sun-Times says the film is a “fun-packed, well-crafted and outstanding piece of cinematic magic.”

Those going to see the film might also hear some familiar voices. Popular actors such as Will Ferrell, Morgan Freeman, and Jonah Hill have contributed voice tracks for the film.

‘The Lego Movie’ should be in a theater near you this Friday, February 7th, 2014.
