The Walking Dead Season 6 Spoilers: Glenn Returns November 22, Latest Rumors

Last night’s episode of ‘The Walking Dead’ not only didn’t resolve the whole is Glenn dead or not issue, it actually raised more questions, leaving viewers wondering what was going on.

While I don’t have all the answers to all your questions, there is one thing I can tell you: Glenn will be on TWD again, and according to the latest rumors it will be during episode 7 (November 22nd).

According to the site Celebrity Dirty Laundry episode 5 will focus on the aftermath of the Wolves attacking Alexandria and episode 6 will be all about Daryl (no complaints here), so Glenn’s fate won’t be revealed until episode 7.

Now, as for whether or not he is alive that debate is still raging, with many pointing to last night’s episode as proof that he’s dead.

Why?  Because actor Steven Yeun, who plays Glenn, was missing from the opening credits.

Normally, I would be the first to think this was proof, but I actually think this is nothing more than a clever trick by everyone’s favorite Walking Dead producer: the diabolical Scott Gimple.

Gimple, with his ambiguous quotes about seeing “parts of Glenn” or a “form of Glenn” would not think twice about messing with fans heads by removing Yeun’s name.

Based on past exits it seems ‘The Walking Dead’ is not a stickler for removing names as soon as people die, so them purposely removing him would make total sense.

For instance, both Scott Wilson (Hershel) and David Morrissey (the Governor), were still in the credits in the mid-season four premiere, even though they had died during the finale of the 1st half of season four (got it?).

Besides, if they went through all the trouble of not having Yeun appear  on last weeks ‘The Talking Dead’ after-show or shown in the “In Memoriam” section, why would they give away that he’s dead by taking him out of the credits?

No, in my opinion this is a clever ploy on the shows part, but proves absolutely nothing.

Remember, Yeun is still filming and has been seen on set with characters that are yet to appear on the show, so at the very least his name being gone from the credits means nothing in terms of him being off the show.

Plus, several outlets are reporting that Enid will play a role in Glenn’s fate, which, unless she’s nearby  just watching him and Nicholas die would mean he’s alive.

I’m not sure how she would wind up saving Glenn, but after 6 seasons anything is possible.

So, is he alive?  I’m not sure, but I’m leaning towards yes (at least initially) based on all of this.

But to the fans who are insisting Glenn can’t be dead because he must be around for Negan, I gotta say I strongly disagree.

Without spoiling anything I will just say there are several people who could take his place for that pivotal plot line that would leave just as strong an impact.

Which means we will just have to wait and see what happened to Glenn.

What do you think happened to Glenn?  Do you think they took his name out on purpose?
